Hey! My name is Justin Sottilare. After playing college ball for the Wesley College Wolverines (DIII) under HC Mike Drass and OC Chip Knapp, I took an opportunity to play overseas. I've been playing (QB) and coaching (OC) professionally now for 11 years.
Throughout these years I've essentially dedicated my entire life to Football education. Before I built up this academy, my focus was simply on getting my teams to win. Thankfully, we did that a lot. If you ask me why, I would say it's because of the extreme focus on improving Football IQ and eliminating mental mistakes.
That focus is responsible for 11 straight years of 30 points per game, regularly leading in stats like passing, total yards, win percentage, etc.
Throughout that time I hopped around from country to country working with athletes at all levels and adapting my approach to teaching every year. I've been fortunate enough to see players go from 1st year starters to all-conference, leading the league in their position, and go on to win European championships.
What get's me the most excited is watching a player have a 'light bulb' moment when everything clicks...because that's when people start to reach their true potential. That's what this academy is for. I want to see that light bulb moment in everyone who enters this academy and help them light up the scoreboards!
Offensive players who really want to nerd out about the game and reach their max potential. Maybe become the starter, get all conference, or earn a scholarship.
Players 12+ years or older - This course is not like other resources that only dive into the very basics. We start small but we get into information that's required at the college level.
You are a visual learner. You like format of YouTube videos and enjoy seeing things drawn up.
You want to develop healthy habits (studying, develop a growth mindset, develop consistency, etc.)
You want the benefits of hard work without actually working hard
You don't like to learn (about anything)
You don't have any goals for Football - you're just showing up
