Overview of my Naming System: Here I explain the naming system I use, why I named things this way, and little details you might not consider if you haven't gone through this process.
Understanding My Pass Game Structure: The way you set up your pass game will be a massive difference in how simple your offense is for your players to learn. You want them to play fast so the way you set things up is critical. I show you one way (the way I've done it). But there are many others.
Understanding My Run Game Structure: I have a very concept based playbook. It makes things simple for my players to execute. Only able to do this based on how I've set up the rules and names.
Understanding My RPO System: RPOs can be built in (automatic) or can be tagged. They can be full field, backside, or playside. Just about how you set it up. I walk you through my set-up.
My 10 Favorite Play Calls: The base concepts are never what we stick with 100%. We find things that work and tweak play calls to create great results. I show you the full play calls (tagging motions, shifts, formation tags, concept tags, etc.) to create my favorite play calls that I end up using weekly for big results.

Maximize Your Results With This Playbook: Having a great playbook is one thing, but there are many other SYSTEMS that are required for sustained success. This training walks you through what those other things are.
Explained: Utilizing Motions Part 1 | Film Breakdown: Incorporating motions into your offense is not overly complex but seeing it in action is a lot better than just drawing it up. So I show you what these motions can look like in your offense.
Explained: Utilizing Motions Part 2 | Diagram Breakdowns: Once you know what those motions are, I give you multiple examples of how you can incorporate them into your offense and how to structure your full play calls to include them.
Fastest Way To Develop As An OC: This lesson helps you keep the snowball effect going and gives you a proven process you can follow to continue your development.

2 Day Offensive Playbook
My name is Justin Sottilare. After playing my college ball at Wesley College for the Wolverines (D3, Delaware), I started my professional career in Europe in 2014. 2 years after that, while still playing, I took my first OC role and have played the role of QB/OC multiple years before I moved to the sidelines only.
When I first became an OC, I did what most coaches do...went back to my old playbooks and tried to piece things together into my "own system". Every off-season I went back in and adapted my offense based on everything I had learned. This became an obsession for me. I quickly transitioned into spending ALL of my free time on Football (which was a lot).
While I had learned a lot, for every answer I found, 5 more questions popped up. This process went on for YEARS (still going on) but quickly finding answers and applying them to my playbook design & offensive system helped me average over 30 points per game and reach 5 championship appearances in the last 8 years.
I made this course because I know what it's like to have a TON of unanswered questions about how to set everything up, what should you focus & when, how you incorporate shifts & motions, set up your naming system, come up with code words, how you present the playbook....and everything else!
So I created this to help coaches like me rapidly speed up the learning curve. The goal is to give you everything I know on playbook design in the next 2 days.
You want to operate from a proven offensive playbook that will help you score 30 points per game
You value structured learning and process-focused thinking
You want to save months of work (not exaggerating) by importing my entire playbook directly into your Hudl account
Your aren't willing to take instructions and don't want to change your ways of thinking
You can confidently say you know everything about the game already and have nothing left to learn.
You don't value structured learning.

My personal playbook would fit best with High School or Semi-Pro programs but as you'll see, it can very easily be simplified for Youth & Flag programs. Coaches from youth leagues have used this to get all the way to the Pop Warner Semi-Finals for the National Championship. International coaches have won multiple championships using this. And hundreds of high school coaches have implemented this with loads of success.
The basic strategies of playbook creation don't change, and since you adjust everything based on your level, this can be useful for almost all levels of Football.
For beginner coaches, this is a "no-brainer". Advanced coaches or those who have been in coaching for a while can still get some stuff from this (mostly optimizing processes) and is a good resource to have, but I have other more advanced courses for that.
A: Daily. If you pick 10 random coaches in this community who've made the playoffs or won championships, they will tell you one of the most important aspects is getting individualized feedback.
I personally work multiple mentors on a weekly basis so I understand the value of getting a second opinion or feedback on something I created. Because of this, personal feedback is something I will always provide because it's the FASTEST way to make progress.
The way I generally do this is to record a quick loom video (that you can watch in 2x speed) to answer specific questions. It's a huge time saver for you and makes sure I keep getting great feedback from coaches on the course. Win-Win.
You can start the course immediately. Pre-recorded lessons allow you to start as soon as you get your login information.
There are also things in this course that I have spent almost a decade trying to find but couldn't. Some things are too specific to have their own video or source.
As for WHY I'm doing this...I never had anything like this when I got into coaching. It would have sped up the process 500x. After working with so many coaches, I kept finding the easiest way to answer questions was to simply pull the curtain and show everything I'm doing. So, here it is! The exact system I've been using for years.
If you don't have Hudl, you can simply check out the PDFs of the playbook. I set everything up in google drive so it's an easy share with you.
Everything else: course, community, ability to get feedback, that's all within the course hosting platform so all you really need is an internet connection and a phone / tablet / laptop.
